What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and rocking their tags. Custom Made or Made-to-Order items are excluded.

What are my return options?

When returning an item, you can choose:

  • A) Store Credit: 100% refund as store credit, and we’ll cover shipping.
  • B) Full Refund (Shipping Fee): 100% refund to your payment method, minus €10 for a prepaid shipping label.
  • C) Full Refund (Customer Shipping): 100% refund to your payment method, and you handle the shipping.

How do I submit a return request?

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Find the order you want to return and follow the prompts.
  3. Choose your return reason and preferred option (A, B, or C).
  4. Submit your request.

We’ll email you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Who pays for return shipping?

Option A: we cover it.
Option B: a fixed amount of 10€ is deducted from your refund.
Option C: you cover the costs.
Faulty or damaged items? We’ve got you covered—return shipping is on us!

What about refunds?

Refunds are processed after we receive your return. The timing depends on your payment provider. For store credit, you’ll get it faster than you can say grazie mille!

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t process direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order to ensure you get what you need quickly.

What happens if my item is faulty or damaged?

Reach out to ciao@mrwondersmile.com with photos and your order details. We’ll fix the issue faster than you can say arrivederci!
