Where are your products made?
+All our garments are proudly and entirely made in Italy. From fabric to final stitch, everything is crafted here—yes, even the espresso breaks are 100% Italian!
What materials do you use?
+We use high-quality, sustainable materials sourced with care. Our goal is to create pieces that not only look great but are kind to the planet.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
+Absolutely! Our packaging is eco-friendly, fully recyclable, and as stylish as the garments inside. You can even repurpose it for your favorite keepsakes!
Are your garments really made in Italy?
+Of course! We're so Italian that our team might start singing O Sole Mio while packing your order.
Do you have a physical store?
+Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, our online boutique is open 24/7, and you can shop in your pajamas (we won’t judge).
Shipping
Where do you ship?
+Currently, we ship within Italy, but we’re soon opening other EU countries, and we’re getting our passports ready to expand to global markets.
How long does shipping take?
+For Italy: 2–5 business days. EU and international orders: slightly longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Can I track my order?
+Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. Watching your package travel is the new reality TV.
Do you offer free shipping?
+We offer standard free shipping on orders above a certain amount. See the standard free shipping threshold for your country in the list below:
- Italy: 100 €
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
+We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and rocking their tags. Custom Made or Made-to-Order items are excluded.
What are my return options?
+When returning an item, you can choose:
- A) Store Credit: 100% refund as store credit, and we’ll cover shipping.
- B) Full Refund (Shipping Fee): 100% refund to your payment method, minus €10 for a prepaid shipping label.
- C) Full Refund (Customer Shipping): 100% refund to your payment method, and you handle the shipping.
How do I submit a return request?

Step 1: Log in to your account on our website.
Step 2: Find the order you want to return and follow the prompts.
Step 3: Choose your return reason and preferred option (A, B, or C).
Step 4: Submit your request.
We’ll email you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Who pays for return shipping?

Option A: We cover it.
Option B: A fixed amount of 10€ is deducted from your refund.
Option C: You cover the costs.
Faulty or damaged items? We’ve got you covered—return shipping is on us!
What about refunds?
+Refunds are processed after we receive your return. The timing depends on your payment provider. For store credit, you’ll get it faster than you can say grazie mille!
Can I exchange an item?
+We don’t process direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order to ensure you get what you need quickly.
What happens if my item is faulty or damaged?
+Reach out to ciao@mrwondersmile.com with photos and your order details. We’ll fix the issue faster than you can say arrivederci!

How do I care for my garments?
+Each piece comes with care instructions, but we recommend gentle washing and a bit of TLC. Treat your garments like they just came back from a luxurious Italian spa.
Can I iron my items?
+Yes, but always check the care label first. Or embrace the “artistic wrinkle” trend—it’s very avant-garde!

+100%. No animals, humans, or espresso machines were harmed in the making of our products.

Can I visit your workshop in Italy?
+Not yet, but if we ever open a showroom, there will definitely be aperitivo.

+While we can’t guarantee instant la dolce vita vibes, our garments will definitely elevate your wardrobe game. Pair them with some gelato and a Vespa for the full effect.
